Water is the easiest and hardest to really address. It’s easy to think about adding water to our day to day, but it can be extremely difficult to implement. Water helps move nutrients throughout our bodies, flushes out waste, cushions our joints, moistens oxygen for better breathing. Sometimes, just drinking more water can make some of our ailments go away. Dehydration can lead to a variety of symptoms and often, feeling thirsty isn’t one of the first ones. Constipation, stomach pain, joint pain, can all be signs of dehydration, and what an easy fix!
