Join me and your peers in the 6 Week Refresh!  We will journey through my 5 foundations of health and learn how small changes in day to day activities of your life can lead to making better choices at home, when you’re out, and at the grocery store. We first journey through hydration, the importance and the impact.  Next, we will go over how digestion and our food choices supports overall health.  Then we travel through the world of blood sugar regulation and it’s impact on how we feel day to day.  Last, we switch gears and cover exercise and mindfulness/sleep.  

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Physical Therapist, Mother, Wife, Entrepreneur, and Friend I am seeking to share my knowledge and experience with you.  I used to struggle with my relationship with a ‘healthy lifestyle.’ I believed it was an unattainable goal not worth reaching for.  Now, I realize that everyone needs to get there in their own way and in their own time.  Are you ready to take that step?

This course is designed to give you the knowledge and the power to take steps towards becoming who YOU want to be.  

It is not a cookie cutter approach because ultimately you are the person deciding which steps to implement and what changes are meaningful to you.  Change has to come from within and only you know the motivation for it. My motivation is my family.  I want to be here and able to do ‘all the things’ with them for a very long time.  This is what I want to share with you.
